The starting base pay for this position starts at $55,000-$80,000 plus an opportunity to earn commission pay.$2000 Sign up Bonus(discuss during interview) Honda of Tenafly is one of the fastest growing dealerships in New Jersey. Qualifications: At least one year experience in a call center (previous BDC experience). * Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments. * Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates. * Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. * Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show. * Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management. * Utilize CRM tracking system daily. * Bilingual a plus.
