Harmony Plus LLC is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Staffing Services Salesperson. This role is key to expanding our operations and strengthening relationships with companies that need effective human talent solutions. Location: Dallas,TX Hybrid - Full time Compesations $60k - $100k Responsibilities: * Identify and contact potential companies that require recruitment, selection, and/or payroll services. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing follow-up and personalized attention. * Prepare and present commercial proposals tailored to client needs. * Negotiate contracts and close commercial agreements. * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. * Coordinate with the recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. * Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking activities. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in staffing services, human resources, outsourcing, or similar. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Negotiation, persuasion, and customer-focused skills. * Knowledge of the local market and different industrial sectors. * Ability to work independently and focus on results. * Intermediate/advanced level of Microsoft Office or CRM tools. * Bilingual (English/Spanish)
