Job Summary

We're looking for a professional HVAC Field Service Technician who takes pride in quality work, communicates confidently with homeowners, and understands that selling the right solution is part of great service. This is not a pressure sales job. We believe in education, integrity, and doing what's right for the customer--while still expecting technicians to perform and be accountable. What You 'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Educate homeowners on system conditions and repair options
• Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options clearly and confidently
• Use company-approved flat-rate pricing (no discounting)
• Complete accurate service tickets and documentation
• Maintain clean, professional job sites and vehicles
• Participate in training, ride-alongs, and coaching What We 're Looking For
• HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable talking to homeowners and presenting options
• Coachable, professional, and accountable Sales Expectations (Be Clear, Be Honest)
• Identify and recommend necessary repairs and upgrades
• Communicate value--not pressure or gimmicks
• Follow pricing and sales processes
