Sales Analyst evaluates company and industry data to identify trends and develop strategies that improve sales productivity and revenue growth. * Responsibilities * Data Analysis & Reporting: Collecting and cleaning sales data from multiple sources (CRM, spreadsheets, databases) to track KPIs like win rates, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. * Sales Forecasting : Building predictive models based on historical data and market trends to project future revenue and guide resource allocation. * Strategic Insights : Identifying underperforming regions or sales representatives and recommending actionable changes, such as territory shifts or pricing adjustments. * Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partnering with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals and campaign tracking. * CRM Management : Ensuring data integrity within CRM systems through regular audits and process enforcement. Skills * Technical Tools : Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling), SQL for database queries, and data visualization software like Tableau , Power BI , or Looker. * CRM Proficiency : Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software. * Communication : Ability to translate complex numerical data into clear "visual narratives" and stories for non-technical stakeholders. * Business Acumen : Deep understanding of sales cycles, lead funnels, and industry-specific market dynamics.
