Are you a proven sales leader with a track record of managing key accounts in foodservice distribution? Why You?ll Love It There * Competitive salary + performance bonus that can total to up to $155,000 in your first year, depending on experience * Fortune 100 benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO & more * Career growth opportunities in a multi-billion dollar enterprise * The chance to lead high-value accounts and make a measurable impact What You?ll Do * Supervise multiple Account Sales Representatives, coaching and guiding them to success * Obtain and maintain key account business directly or by supporting your team * Coordinate all aspects of key account needs: products, delivery schedules, reporting, communication, and innovation * Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with strong profit margins * Identify opportunities for increased sales and revenue growth * Build forecasts and set measurable goals for key account activity * Prepare financial management reports and detailed customer analyses * Confidently engage with customers to appraise, advise, recommend, and deliver solutions * Consistently achieve sales goals for key account business What You Bring * High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor?s degree a plus) * 5+ years of sales experience in foodservice distribution * 3+ years of sales management experience * Proven success managing key/large accounts * Expertise in pricing strategies, forecasting, and goal setting * Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ready to take ownership of key account sales and grow with a Fortune 100 leader?
