Adamec Marine is a family-owned business located in Orange Park, FL. We opened in 2021 and have grown to be one of the leading boat dealerships in North Florida. We are looking to expand our operations with experienced sales personnel that strive to sell quality boats and deliver an incredible experience to our customers. With no commission cap, earn as much as you'd like and be apart of a great team at Adamec Marine. Requirements for the job: * Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday (8:30AM - 5:00PM). Ability to be flexible if customer appointment requires Sunday or Monday hours. * Consistent communication with customers on calls, texts, and email. * Extensive background knowledge on boating and safety. * Ability and knowledge to professionally drive and maneuver vessels on the water. * Ability and knowledge to trailer vessels. * Must pass Background and Driver License check.
