We are located in WestRoads Mall Job Overview MARCEL is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and represent the brand with professionalism and style. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring a superior customer experience aligned with MARCEL's luxury standards. Duties (Key Responsibilities) * Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets * Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow revenue and brand presence * Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high-end shopping experience * Train and coach staff on product knowledge, styling, and sales techniques * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and VIP clients * Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze trends * Oversee store presentation, merchandising, and inventory coordination * Ensure smooth daily store operations and uphold brand standards Experience * Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in retail sales management * Prior experience in luxury fashion, men's clothing, or high-end retail is highly preferred * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals * Experience leading and developing sales teams Qualifications & Requirements * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury brands * Excellent customer service and sales abilities * Professional appearance and brand representation * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills What We Offer * Competitive salary with performance-based commissions and bonuses * Opportunity to grow and advance within a luxury fashion brand * Employee discounts on MARCEL products * Professional, stylish, and supportive work environment * Training and development to enhance leadership and sales skills Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
