Position Overview: The Market Manager is responsible for securing new parking lot contracts and maintaining long-term relationships with property owners and partners. This role plays a key part in the company's growth and market presence. Responsibilities: * Identify and secure new pay-to-park lot contracts * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners * Manage existing contracts and ensure client satisfaction * Support company marketing and local outreach efforts Compensation: * Base pay: $1,000 per month * Commission: Earn ongoing commissions for the full term of each active contract you secure Ideal Candidate: * Self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills * Sales or business development experience preferred * Reliable, organized, and results-driven Job Type: Contract Pay: $32,000.00 - $59,526.79 per year Application Question(s): * This job pays $1000 a month plus a percentage of every contract you get monthly.
