Overview

: The Market Manager is responsible for securing new parking lot contracts and maintaining long-term relationships with property owners and partners. This role plays a key part in the company's growth and market presence.

Responsibilities

:

• Identify and secure new pay-to-park lot contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Manage existing contracts and ensure client satisfaction
• Support company marketing and local outreach efforts

Compensation

:

• Base pay: $1,000 per month
• Commission: Earn ongoing commissions for the full term of each active contract you secure Ideal Candidate:
• Self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales or business development experience preferred
• Reliable, organized, and results-driven Job Type: Contract Pay: $32,000.00 - $59,526.79 per year Application Question(s):
