We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-driven, goal-oriented, and excels at creating a welcoming in-store experience. This role also involves proactive customer outreach to build relationships and drive sales outside of walk-in traffic. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns are essential for success in this role.
