We're seeking a friendly, sales-driven professional ready to grow their career while helping others protect what matters most. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. * Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. * Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. * Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications: * Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. * Leadership and interpersonal skills. * Success meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Willingness to engage in sales conversations. REQUIREMENTS: * Active Insurance License (Property/Casualty and Life/Health - Or must be able to obtain.) * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on listening and relationship building. * Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and comfortable working in a fastpaced, commissionbased environment. * Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM platforms. * A passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
