Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive high-end sales growth, and expand our market presence. This pivotal role involves managing B2B and retail sales efforts, developing strategic sales pipelines, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, multilingual abilities, and a passion for motivating teams to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets across all channels, including outside sales, retail, and B2B markets * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the company's market share in high-end HVAC solutions * Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting through closing deals, ensuring consistent follow-up and deal progression * Cultivate relationships with key clients through excellent customer service, public speaking engagements, and networking opportunities * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize outreach efforts * Oversee inventory management related to sales initiatives and ensure accurate inventory control aligned with sales forecasts * Conduct regular training sessions on upselling techniques, phone etiquette, and effective communication skills to enhance team performance Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership environments within the HVAC or automotive industry * Demonstrated success in high-end or retail sales with a strong understanding of retail math and inventory management * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent organizational abilities for managing multiple accounts and projects * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases * Experience with CRM software platforms and outbound sales strategies is essential * Background in public speaking, marketing support, or customer service roles that enhance client engagement skills * Prior leadership experience in sales management or team supervision is preferred Join us as a General Sales Manager to energize our growth trajectory by leading dynamic teams, forging lasting client relationships, and driving innovative sales solutions.
