Great, your base salary will start at $35,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $20,000. Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Our top earners made between $40-$60,000 in commission last year. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensure: Must hold a valid insurance sales license in the state of Tennessee. Experience: Previous experience in insurance consulting or sales is highly desirable. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer Focused: Strong commitment to providing exemplary customer service. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently. Learning Mindset: Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge in the insurance industry.

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and current clients, understanding their insurance requirements. Product Knowledge: Possess and continuously update in-depth knowledge of various insurance products and services offered by the agency. Sales Goals: Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service. Custom Solutions: Tailor insurance solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, enhancing their satisfaction and retention. Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to review and update their insurance needs as necessary. Networking: Build and maintain a professional network to generate new sales opportunities and referrals.
