Full description of the position
Overview: PCS is seeking a highly skilled Agency Relations Liaison (ARL) to serve as the strategic bridge between our organization and our independent agency partners. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who thrives on relationship management, business development, and driving profitable agency growth. The ARL will cultivate strong carrier and agency relationships, execute territory-level initiatives, and ensure agents have the tools, training, and insights needed to succeed. This position plays a vital role in aligning PCS objectives with carrier strategies and supporting agents in achieving consistent, profitable year-over-year growth. Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Carrier & Agency Relationship Management Agency Growth & Support Strategic Data & Performance Management Profit Sharing & Loss Performance Oversight Territory Management & Market Analysis Required Experience Previous experience as an Agency Owner, Broker, Sr. Account Executive, or Outside Carrier Representative preferred. 3+ years of business ownership or business development experience in the Insurance Industry Extensive knowledge of Property & Casualty product lines, audits, loss performance, and underwriting fundamentals. Established relationships with Travelers, Chubb, Progressive, GEICO, Liberty, Hartord highly preferred. Ideal Qualities: Relationship-driven with a strong ability to build trust and influence. Active Property & Casualty Insurance license Proactive, self-starting, and able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment. Invested in agent success, with a coaching mindset and growth-oriented approach. Temperate, logical, and able to navigate complex conversations with clarity and professionalism.
