Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base. * Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners. * Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with brand goals. * Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and forecast future performance. * Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. * Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). * 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Experience in the outdoor furniture, camping, or home goods industry strongly preferred. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. * Willingness to travel as needed.
