Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HVAC Sales Manager to lead our sales division and drive significant revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential HVAC systems , proven sales leadership skills , and a passion for developing lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do: * Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives; set clear performance goals, provide ongoing training, and conduct regular performance evaluations. * Develop, implement, and own effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed company revenue targets for residential HVAC services and equipment. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction and driving repeat and referral business. * Conduct market analysis to monitor industry trends, evaluate competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for service expansion and strategic improvement. * Oversee the creation of accurate, competitive, and compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts for HVAC installations, maintenance plans, and service agreements. * Serve as a critical link, working closely with the service and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and a superior customer experience. * Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics (e.g., lead conversion, revenue performance, productivity) to senior management. Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies. What You Bring: * 1+ years of experience in HVAC sales is required (this is a non-negotiable). * 1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing a sales team. * Strong, verifiable understanding of residential HVAC systems , including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. * High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to travel locally within the service area as needed.
