Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming and informative experience. * Listen to customers' needs and present appropriate vehicle options. * Provide detailed information about vehicle features, benefits, and pricing. * Conduct test drives and build trust with customers by answering their questions. * Maintain strong follow-up with prospective customers through calls, texts, and emails. * Encourage repeat business and referrals by establishing lasting customer relationships. * Work collaboratively with the sales team and BDC to meet sales goals. * Accurately document all sales activities and maintain an organized follow-up system. * Achieve and maintain above-average Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred but not required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Professional appearance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Customer-focused, organized, and goal-driven.
