Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager at Green Bay ER & Hospital! Job Type: Full Time Green Bay ER & Hospital is a boutique medical facility offering comprehensive emergency and inpatient services. We are seeking a strong, dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This key role involves developing strategies to increase patient volume, building relationships with key clients, and identifying new growth opportunities to expand our reach. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective business development and marketing strategies to grow patient volume and new business. * Monitor market trends, competitors, and marketing strategies to stay ahead. * Proactively seek new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships. * Collaborate with clinical leadership and corporate teams to develop and promote new programs and services. * Ensure accountability for growth objectives in partnership with leadership. * Engage in community and organizational initiatives to promote professional growth and operational understanding. * Coordinate marketing activities such as events, sponsorships, networking, and community involvement. * Work with the corporate marketing team to develop and implement strategies. * Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: * At least 5 years of business development experience; healthcare experience preferred. * Medical background required. * Ability to work in a flexible environment. * Strong strategic planning skills for building lasting partnerships. * Excellent presentation and communication skills. * Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
