Full description of the position

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Branch Leadership & Operations Management:
  • Lead and manage all branch operations including sales, rental, customer service, and administration.
  • Ensure branch performance meets or exceeds company standards in revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.
  • Set and manage operational goals, ensuring effective execution of daily tasks and strategic initiatives.
  • Sales Management:
  • Oversee and drive sales performance, developing strategies to increase product and service sales.
  • Train, mentor, and lead the sales team, setting targets and managing their progress.
  • Identify new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and develop local market strategies.
  • Rental Operations:
  • Manage the rental fleet, ensuring equipment availability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee rental contracts, logistics, maintenance schedules, and fleet utilization to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure rental agreements are properly managed and that equipment is efficiently dispatched, maintained, and returned.
  • Price Study & Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct regular price studies comparing branch pricing for sales, leases, and rentals against competitors.
  • Use findings to make informed decisions on pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies for both sales and rental operations to maximize revenue and attract new business.
  • Sale/Lease/Rental Agreements:
  • Oversee the creation, review, and execution of sale, lease, and rental agreements to ensure compliance and profitability.
  • Ensure that all agreements are clearly communicated, legally compliant, and meet customer expectations.
  • Track and manage agreement renewals and expirations, ensuring seamless transitions and opportunities for renewal or upselling.
  • Customer Relations & Service:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve service quality.
  • Staff Development & Leadership:
  • Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure the branch has the right talent to succeed.
  • Conduct regular staff performance reviews, setting goals and providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging professional growth and teamwork.
  • Financial Management & Reporting:
  • Monitor branch financial performance, including sales, rentals, expenses, and profit margins.
  • Develop and manage branch budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including financial reporting, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Inventory & Equipment Management:
  • Ensure that inventory levels are well-maintained, including sales products and rental equipment.
  • Oversee maintenance of rental equipment to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Manage supply chain and vendor relationships to optimize inventory control and equipment availability.
  • Safety & Compliance:
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training for staff to meet local and corporate safety standards.
Requirements

:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in branch management, preferably in the equipment sales and rental industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset , with a track record of achieving revenue and profit goals.
  • Knowledge of rental operations , equipment management, and customer service.
  • Experience in price analysis and managing competitive pricing strategies.
  • Experience with sale, lease, and rental agreements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and branch management software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
