Automotive Sales experience required. Applicants without sales experience will not be considered. You'll be responsible for: * Following Process * Effectively Handling Internet Leads, Phone-Ups, & Showroom Ups * Scheduling Appointments, Confirming Appointments 24 Hours in Advance, & Ensuring Appointments Show * Follow-up with Unsold Customers & No-Show Appointments * Convert Hot Deals to Sold Customers * Meet & Greet * Test Drive * Effectively Managing CRM (eLead) Additionally, as an experienced Salesperson, you'll be responsible for: * Managing customer/deal flow * Multi-tasking with multiple customers * Experience with CRM systems required Where we're at, and where we're going * We're ramping up to 600 vehicles by December 31st, 2025. * We're opening 2 more locations by July 1st, 2026.
