Business Development Manager The Care Team Home Health is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow patient admissions by building strong referral relationships and increasing community awareness of our home health services. Responsibilities * Increase admissions through referral relationship development * Market and educate physicians, hospitals, assisted living, and community partners * Conduct outreach visits and secure patient referrals * Analyze market trends, service areas, and competitors * Develop and implement marketing plans and sales goals * Submit accurate and timely reports * Maintain compliance with HIPAA and agency policies Service Area Gladwin, West Branch, St. Helen, Houghton Lake, Prudenville, and surrounding communities.
