Business Development Manager The Care Team Home Health is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow patient admissions by building strong referral relationships and increasing community awareness of our home health services.

Responsibilities

• Increase admissions through referral relationship development
• Market and educate physicians, hospitals, assisted living, and community partners
• Conduct outreach visits and secure patient referrals
• Analyze market trends, service areas, and competitors
• Develop and implement marketing plans and sales goals
• Submit accurate and timely reports
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and agency policies Service Area Gladwin, West Branch, St. Helen, Houghton Lake, Prudenville, and surrounding communities. Job Type: Full-time
