Job Overview * Commission only * We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role involves developing and managing strategic business relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and business development strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles. Duties * Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new B2B clients * Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate leads and nurture client relationships * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction * Collaborate with the team to align sales strategies * Present tailored solutions to clients, demonstrating the value of our services * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements * Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities Skills * Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within technology or related sectors * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to engage clients at all levels * Ability to conduct sales presentations and explain service features clearly * Experience in marketing integration to optimize outreach efforts * Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving * Familiarity with sales techniques such as warm calling, cold outreach, and consultative selling This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to leverage their sales expertise in a collaborative environment that values innovation, strategic thinking, and team success.
