BC Systems: A Leading Provider of ERP and MSP solutions Seeks a ERP / MSP Sales Manager Since its inception, ERP has been the backbone for many businesses and public entities. BC Systems is in the unique position to introduce an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MSP (Managed Service Provider) solutions to small & medium-sized businesses that are easy to use, powerful, and yet affordable. Founded in 1984 as BC Computers Inc., BC Systems, specializes in browser-based ERP solutions and MSP services as progressive technologies for small to medium sized businesses and public entities. For years, BC System's executive management team helped pioneer the use of cloud-based solutions in fast- growing SMB (Small and Medium) businesses, recognizing early on the affordability and flexibility of these systems while providing support to the entire network and system. Overview: BC Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who excels in building relationships, generating new business, and driving revenue through strategic prospecting and solution selling. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to promote ERP and MSP solutions, aligning with company goals and market trends. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Negotiate and close sales contracts. * Forecast sales and manage pipeline using CRM tools. * Track sales performance metrics and report regularly. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred. * 3 to 5 years of B2B selling * Experience and understanding of ERP software sales. * Understanding of MSP and Network system sales. * Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in CRM software * Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets. Preferred Skills: * Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape. * Strong problem-solving and relationship-building capabilities. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. * Able to work with a dynamic team that solves problems. Compensation * Competitive salary $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year plus generous commission. * Possibility of an equity position.
