Responsibilities * Greet customers and refer them to the appropriate person * Contact potential customers to follow up on previous services / lead submissions with the goal to convert them into sales opportunities * Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, text messages and social media responses * Set up sales appointments with customers with the focus that all customers are prospective long-term customers * Establish follow-ups with sales appointments * Obtain customer information and keep accurate database * Maintain a dealership standard for response time * Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements * Participate in training programs to keep current on available vehicles to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings Job Type : Full-time Schedule: * 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: * Bonus opportunities * Performance bonus Experience: * high-volume phone call: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Tampa, FL 33614 (Required) Work Location: In person Qualifications * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong computer and typing skills * Solid working knowledge of the Internet and social media accounts * Listen and be attentive to customer's needs and priorities * Strong attention to details and works well in a process-driven environment * Ability to use scripts and call process tools * Maintain a professional appearance at all times * Strong sales / telemarketing / customer service experience preferred * Bilingual, a plus Benefits * Competitive Compensation * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance * 401(k) Plan with generous company match * Paid Time Off * Employee Discounts * Work-Life balance * Small Business / Family Oriented Culture * State-of-the-Art Facility
