Auctus Marketing is a growing in-person sales and marketing company that works with well-known brands inside retail locations. We focus on straightforward customer interactions, strong work ethic, and measurable results. We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented Direct Sales Representatives who want more responsibility, better skill development, and real growth potential than a typical customer-facing role offers. In this role, you'll learn how to engage directly with retail customers, promote and recommend solutions tailored to their needs, and help guide them through the sales process. Responsibilities: * Work within our retail partners throughout the Denver area to engage directly with customers face-to-face * Execute promotional sales and marketing events to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. * Build and maintain relationships with customers and retail partners. * Track and report sales activities accurately using our internal systems. * Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals. Qualifications: * No previous experience is required! * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently. * Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.
