Responsibilities * Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are effectively managed. * Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, tailoring insurance plans to meet their specific requirements. * Policy Administration: Oversee the administration of commercial insurance policies, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to industry standards. * Problem Solving: Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, delivering excellent customer service. * Renewals and Retention: Proactively manage policy renewals and work to retain client accounts through skilled negotiation and relationship building. * Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and support staff to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
