Sales Representative - Signs & Graphics Omaha, NE | Full-Time | Base + Commission Atlas Signs and Graphics , a leading provider of custom signage solutions in the Omaha area, is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. About the Role As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Atlas Signs and Graphics -- connecting with local businesses, builders, property managers, and organizations to help them communicate their brand through creative signage. You'll manage client relationships from first contact through project completion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. What You 'll Do * Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the Omaha metro area * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple industries * Understand customer needs and provide tailored signage solutions * Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and presentations * Collaborate with our design and production teams to bring projects to life * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs What We 're Looking For * 2+ years of experience in sales , preferably in signs, printing, advertising, or B2B services * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented * Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Experience in the signage or graphics industry is a plus but not required -- we'll provide training for the right person!)
