Sales & Business Growth Associate We are looking for a motivated individual to help us expand our local footprint! This is a hybrid role where you will spend part of your day in the field generating new business through door-to-door outreach and the other part in the office managing customer relationships and operations. Key Responsibilities * Active Prospecting: Knock on doors in assigned residential neighborhoods to introduce our window cleaning services and provide on-the-spot estimates. * Customer Conversion: Turn leads into scheduled appointments and maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the brand. * Office Operations: Manage the daily schedule for our cleaning technicians and ensure all appointments are confirmed. * Client Management: Handle inbound calls, follow up on quotes via email/text, and process invoices. * Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and customer interactions in our system. Requirements * Strong Communication: You must be comfortable talking to strangers and have a persuasive yet polite demeanor. * Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in the field and stay organized in an office setting. * Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with email, scheduling software, or CRMs is a plus. * Physical Stamina: Comfortable walking neighborhoods for several hours a day. * Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle to get to target sales areas. Compensation & Perks * Base Pay + Commission: Hourly base rate with an uncapped commission structure for every closed sale. * Growth Potential: As the business grows, this role has the potential to move into a full-time Sales Manager or Operations Lead position. * Flexible Environment: A mix of active outdoor work and focused office tasks so you're never stuck behind a desk all day.
