This role is focused on the onboarding, training, and early-stage development of new sales hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in in-home sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching and leadership. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and ramping up new sales representatives. * Deliver structured sales training on WeatherPro's product offerings, sales systems, and customer experience protocols. * Shadow new hires during in-home appointments and provide real-time feedback and mentorship. * Monitor performance of new hires and provide weekly progress reports to senior leadership. * Facilitate role-play sessions and training workshops to build sales confidence and competence. * Reinforce company sales standards, ethical practices, and performance expectations. * Maintaining sale metrics reports Qualifications: * 2+ years of successful in-home sales experience (home improvement industry preferred). * Prior experience in training or team leadership roles strongly preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales tools (e.g., tablets, quoting software). Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus. * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
