About the Role

: ELITE is seeking a motivated and professional 2A Sales Representative / Account Executive to join our Plano office. This position focuses on supporting and expanding our network of firearm-related businesses, including FFL dealers, ranges, gunsmiths, and accessory retailers. You will contact merchants across the U.S. to educate them on how our 2A-friendly payment processing solutions can help protect and grow their businesses while offering white-glove support.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Call and engage existing and prospective 2A merchants from our CRM database.
• Educate business owners about ELITE's secure, compliant, and firearm-friendly payment processing options.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Manage leads and maintain detailed notes in CRM.
• Create and deliver customized sales quotes and proposals.
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with merchants in the firearms industry.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continued merchant satisfaction.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and meet deadlines. Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM What We Offer:
