Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of dealership operations -- including sales, service, finance, and personnel. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of dealership profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development. Key Responsibilities * Lead, manage, and motivate department heads across sales, service, and finance * Drive profitability through strategic planning and daily performance management * Maintain high standards in customer service, employee satisfaction, and operational execution * Set monthly and annual goals, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed * Oversee recruiting, hiring, and development of dealership staff * Ensure compliance with company policies, OEM standards, and regulatory guidelines * Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, professionalism, and results * Hands on approach to all aspects of Variable Operations. This position will include Desking, T.O. customers, and Finance paperwork when needed. * Daily one on ones with sales staff is expected and required.
