You'll lead strategic account development, manage complex sales pipelines, and deliver tailored HVAC solutions that solve real-world challenges. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role that blends technical expertise with relationship- building to drive long-term growth and customer success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing accounts, and delivering technical solutions. Specific responsibilities include: Sales & Account Management * Develop and foster relationships with mechanical engineers, contractors, and building owners * Drive growth through strategic account planning and targeted business development * Manage commercial accounts with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction and retention * Ensure profitability by adhering to pricing structures and established sales processes Customer Engagement * Understand specific customer requirements to create tailored HVAC solutions * Deliver timely, accurate solutions through product recommendations and system design expertise * Promote the Force Equipment product line at HVAC-related promotional events * Work closely with clients to ensure optimal satisfaction throughout each project lifecycle Project Coordination * Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to ensure seamless project execution * Oversee project management activities including quotations, order processing, and tracking * Manage logistics including freight claims, product availability, and warranty or field service coordination * Maintain clear communication across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success Technical Expertise and Continuous Learning * Stay current on HVAC fundamentals and product innovations * Leverage deep technical knowledge to deliver high-value, practical solutions * Educate yourself, colleagues, and customers on emerging technologies and best practices Experience and Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical Engineering preferred) * Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Commercial/Applied HVAC Sales Engineering (preferred) * Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Proven ability to build and sustain long-term, mutually beneficial customer relationships * Strong consultative sales approach with experience navigating complex, matrixed environments * In-depth technical expertise in commercial HVAC systems and familiarity with key manufacturers in the market * Effective multitasking and organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail * Established network and reputation within the HVAC industry * Applies strategic and analytical thinking to evaluate solutions and drive results * Energetic, enthusiastic, and professional--thrives in a fast-paced environment * Works effectively across teams, customers, and suppliers with a collaborative mindset * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally * Demonstrates Force Equipment's Core Values: driven and self-motivated, can-do attitude, team player, customer driven, do what's right, and accountable Benefits: * Medical - HDHP and PPO options * Dental * Vision * HSA with employer matching contributions * FSA and Limited FSA * Employer paid life/AD&D insurance * Voluntary life insurance plans * Employer paid short-term disability * Long-term disability * 401(k) with employer match (immediate vesting) * PTO * Paid Company Holidays - 7 Days * Family Formation Leave Professional Development * Professional development opportunities * Company-sponsored training and certifications * Other voluntary fringe benefits Force Equipment is an equal employment opportunity Employer. mQjpFdNl27
