We are expanding our outreach campaign and hiring entry-level Wireless Associates to help customers connect with the services they rely on most in the Pleasanton area. As part of a fast-paced, face-to-face sales team, you'll assist customers with new activations, service upgrades, and account support while representing a trusted name in telecommunications. This is more than a job, it's a stepping stone into business development, sales strategy, and customer account management. Whether you're just starting out or looking to switch industries, we'll provide the hands-on training, weekly pay, and an uncapped commission structure to help you succeed and grow with our team. What You 'll Do as a Wireless Associate: * Speak face-to-face with customers to walk them through wireless plans, devices, and current promotions * Help new customers enroll, complete activations, and manage upgrades as a Wireless Associate * Provide clear answers to product and service questions, building trust and improving satisfaction * Track account details, update records, and follow up with customers to ensure continued support * Represent the Wireless Associate team during daily campaign outreach and events * Support your team in meeting daily and weekly sales targets while delivering great service What We 're Looking For in a Wireless Associate: * Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment * Motivated to hit goals and grow in a sales-focused setting * Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude * Interest in telecommunications, customer service, and account support * No experience required -- we train every new Wireless Associate from day one What You 'll Get as a Wireless Associate: * Full-time schedule with weekly pay * Hands-on training in sales, telecom services, and customer interaction * Growth opportunities into account management, business development, and campaign leadership * A fast-paced, team-driven environment where your success as a Wireless Associate is recognized and rewarded Job Type: Full-time Pay: $43,209.00 - $57,705.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) Work Location: In person
