Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Hands on Training Flexible Schedule Work from Home Career Growth Opportunities Requirements * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. * Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Create relationships from a cold start. * Must be highly self-motivated. * Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred. * Must have Life, Property & Casualty licensed Responsibilities Present and explain new client packet to each new client that is acquired by the producer. Assist with marketing efforts to attract new and existing business. Comply with all agency and company requirements, policies and procedures Handle additional duties as assigned or need to enhance clients experience Assist with sales efforts and FFR appointments to create cross sell opportunities with existing clients acquired Manage time in a way that will allow you to develop strategies for clients and prospects as well as learn all systems necessary to conduct business in a timely manner.
