The Scope of Work * Prospecting and lead generation through in person meetings, phone calls, online, and open houses * Showing properties and working with home buyers * Marketing properties and working with home sellers * Working closely with buyers and sellers to lead the sales transaction * Negotiating contracts and handling client issues * Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience * Follow-up with leads to increase sales * _The Ideal Candidate_ * Has an active real estate license or in the process of getting * Has a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth * Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a customer service spirit. * Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism. * Above average written and oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills. * Proficient problem solving and analytical skills. * Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve. * You make continuous learning a priority. * You show up every day ready to be the best version of you and contribute to the team! * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Do you share similar values?
