About the Sales Executive Role: Our Sales Representative role is an entry level position with a speciality in Business to Business on a daily basis on behalf of our fortune 50 sports clients such as the Dallas Mavericks and telecomm like T-Mobile. Our Sales Representatives greet each of our customers in a friendly manner, answer any customer questions and most importantly present products and services to different businesses and business owners! Our Sales Executives uses current marketing campaigns to influence buyers' choices, provides quality customer service, and helps to maintain a welcoming environment. Prior sales experience is not required as we provide a training program to mentor great growth minded individuals! We are looking for personable candidates who are looking to put their people skills to good use. Sales Executive Daily Responsibilities: * Provide optimal customer experience service * Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the business. * Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty. * Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer * Process transactions at point of sale * Ensure an exceptional customer experience * Perform related duties in support of the store attaining its assigned sales goal * Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed * Adhere to established operational guidelines, policies and procedures * Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication * Provide prompt and courteous service * Demonstrates up to date product knowledge * Periodic inventory counts Sales Executive Job Requirements: * A positive and solutions-oriented mindset * Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills * Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills * Drive to set and achieve targeted goals * Prior sales experience, retail preferred * Demonstrated communication skills * The willingness to follow up with customers * Experience and desire to work with a team * Must be capable of lifting objects up to fifteen pounds * Reliable transportation to Dallas, TX Apply to join our team today!
