See our video: [please apply online] Role: Sales and Customer Service, Call Center Knowledge Workers Primary Responsibilities: * Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members * Assist with class scheduling and billing * Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships * Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate new business * Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service * Build and maintain relationships with customers * Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity in the CRM system * Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals * Participate in regular sales training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge Job Qualifications and Skills * Ability to work with children * Prior related leadership and teaching experience is preferred (supervisory roles) * Problem solver and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or equivalent is desired. Experience as a youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor, or aquatics instructor/supervisor is preferred.
