TRIAX Lubricants is a rapidly growing U.S.-based manufacturer of high- performance automotive, industrial lubricants and specialty fluids. We compete by technical depth, niche OEM coverage, and superior performance --not commodity pricing or brand legacy. TRIAX has a large product range for 99% of automotive applications, placing us in an exceptionally competitive position for aggressively expanding our direct B2B and wholesale channels across fleets, repair shops, equipment operators, and lubricants distributors. Role Overview We are hiring an Entry Level Inside Sales Representative to drive outbound and inbound B2B sales. This role is focused on prospecting, qualifying, educating, and closing prospective customer --not retail order entry. These customers are professional shops, fleets, farms, distributors, retailers, dealers, etc. You will work directly with decision-makers and actively build in depth knowledge of their business and requirements. Key Responsibilities * Identify potential customers, create own lead list and also use lead lists from lead generators. * Proactively call and email B2B prospects from targeted lead lists * Qualify prospects based on application, volume, and fit * Present TRIAX products clearly, confidently, and technically * Management and technical are there to assist in any stage of the sales process * Close new B2B accounts and onboard customers * Maintain and update CRM with accurate notes and deal status * Coordinate with operations on pricing, freight, and fulfillment * Upsell and expand existing B2B accounts over time Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for self-motivated, driven individuals who take ownership of their results. This role requires discipline, consistency, and a strong internal work ethic--there is no micromanagement. Successful candidates are proactive, competitive with themselves, and comfortable being measured by performance. You should be someone who follows up without being asked, pushes deals forward independently, and treats sales targets as personal commitments rather than suggestions. * 3+ years of inside sales or B2B phone sales experience ideal but not necessary * Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls * Strong closing instincts and follow-up discipline * Clear, confident communicator (phone-first role) * Organized, self-directed, and performance-driven * Mechanical, automotive, industrial, or fleet background is a strong plus * Familiarity with lubricants, automotive fluids, or industrial products preferred but not required. * Comfortable and proficient with email, Microsoft word, excel, etc. Training - TRIAX will provide in-depth product, market and customer profile training.
