Our success relies on our continued ability to prove to our customers that they can always "Trust the Big Red Truck"! Eyman is looking for a Drain Maintenance Salesperson to join our team! Candidate will be responsible for the sale of Eyman Plumbing Heating & Air preventative Maintenance Agreements - programs that include scheduled jetting, camera inspections and priority service to ensure customers never face a catastrophic backup. Key Responsibilities * Business Development: Proactively identify and engage potential commercial clients (restaurants, property managers, HOA boards, and industrial facilities) as well as residential customers. * Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site inspections to assess drainage systems and recommend tailored maintenance plans (e.g., hydro-jetting schedules, grease trap services, or pipe lining). * Contract Negotiation: Draft and close service agreements, ensuring clear terms regarding scope of work, frequency of visits, and emergency response guarantees. * Follow Up: Conduct job completion follow-up with customers ensuring satisfactory completion of work * Renewals & Retention: Manage an existing book of business, ensuring high renewal rates by conducting "check-in" meetings and demonstrating the value delivered over the previous year. Required Skills & Qualifications * Sales Experience: Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in home services, construction, or facility management. * Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn the mechanics of drainage systems and explain technical concepts to non-technical customers. * Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with a "customer-first" mentality. * Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently while meeting monthly revenue targets. * Mobility: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record * Additional Skills : HVAC Experience is beneficial, but not required Eyman Plumbing Offers * Base Pay plus Commission determined by experience * 401(k) with matching up to 4% * Health Insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Paid Time Off * Life insurance * AD&D Insurance Work Location: In person
