We partner with wedding planners, venues, and corporate clients to deliver exceptional floral experiences. Our work is trusted by high-end clientele who seek artistry, exclusivity, and precision. We are looking for a strategic and well-connected Floral Consultant to expand our network of partners and drive revenue in the wedding and event sectors. Responsibilities * Own wedding and event clients from first inquiry through event completion * Quoting, consulting, and selling floral to brides, grooms, and planners. * Create, edit and own your client's wedding proposal, and production notes * Serve as the primary point of contact after booking, managing communication, and changes * Identify and execute upsell opportunities * Build and maintain ongoing relationships with wedding planners and venues * Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM * Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets Requirements * 3-5 years experience in wedding/event sales with natural affinity for design. * Must have a book of business, venue or planner contacts. * People-person with excellent communication skills and positive demeanor. * Comfortable in a team-based environment. * Knowledge of flowers, design techniques, and industry trends. * Ability to work peak season weekends & key floral holidays. * Ability to conduct urgency with orders and bookings.
