Strategic Account Manager / Channel Partners Location: Remote (Preferably Eastern U.S.) * Transform the Future of In-Store Retail Experiences Are you ready to join a company that's leveraging AI to redefine how retailers connect with their customers? As Strategic Account Manager your typical customer is a Tier-1 retail chain with 100 to 1,000+ stores , and your typical order size ranges between $500K and $3M. This position offers a total annual compensation range of $170,000 to $200,000 , including base salary and performance incentives with no upside cap. * What You 'll Do * Own and manage a focused pipeline of direct Tier-1 retail clients * Prospect new accounts and new applications within existing accounts * * Use HubSpot CRM for prospecting, forecasting, and activity tracking * Engage with customers through LinkedIn and other social channels to build awareness * Collaborate with CPG brands to move opportunities from trial to rollout * Navigate complex capital budgeting processes and close large-scale deals * Present compelling solution proposals to VP-level executives * Partner with Indyme's internal teams--Sales Engineering, Client Success, and Project Management--to deliver an exceptional sales support * What We 're Looking For * A competitive, motivated professional who loves to win and helps others succeed * Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills * Experience with retail is preferred * Skilled at managing projects and advancing large sales opportunities * Creative problem-solver who understands how to link technology to measurable business outcomes * Adaptable, confident, and persistent when faced with challenges * A great listener who can turn customer needs into actionable solutions At Indyme, you'll work alongside a passionate team dedicated to helping retailers create smarter, safer, and more engaging shopping environments.
