Automotive General Sales Manager We're a growthminded dealership committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience and building a highperformance sales culture. If you thrive on leadership, accountability, and results, we want to meet you. What You'll Do * Lead and coach the sales team to hit monthly volume and gross objectives. * Desk deals: structure deals for maximum front/back gross while maintaining compliance. * Partner with F&I to optimize approvals and product penetrations. * Drive CRM accountability: ensure fast speedtolead and clean data. * Monitor KPIs: appointments, conversions, PVR, CSI/NPS. * Manage inventory strategy: pricing, aging, merchandising, and digital listings. What We're Looking For * Proven success as a General Sales Manager or Desk Manager in automotive retail. * Strong desking and credit evaluation skills. * Leadership experience with a track record of team development. * CRM/DMS proficiency (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead preferred). * Professional communication and guestfirst mindset. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
