Automotive General Sales Manager We're a growthminded dealership committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience and building a highperformance sales culture. If you thrive on leadership, accountability, and results, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and coach the sales team to hit monthly volume and gross objectives.
  • Desk deals: structure deals for maximum front/back gross while maintaining compliance.
  • Partner with F&I to optimize approvals and product penetrations.
  • Drive CRM accountability: ensure fast speedtolead and clean data.
  • Monitor KPIs: appointments, conversions, PVR, CSI/NPS.
  • Manage inventory strategy: pricing, aging, merchandising, and digital listings. What We're Looking For
  • Proven success as a General Sales Manager or Desk Manager in automotive retail.
  • Strong desking and credit evaluation skills.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of team development.
  • CRM/DMS proficiency (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead preferred).
  • Professional communication and guestfirst mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
