Job description Project Manager/Sales Representative NELA Roofing is hiring top sales producers for Jackson and surrounding areas due to growing demand for our services. We are looking to hire and train quickly for this position. The primary function of the Project Manager/Sales Representative is to provide a steady stream of revenue by generating and working roofing leads. Once a lead is generated you will maintain contact with new and existing customers, provide assistance when there are issues at jobsites, and gather information for estimates. PRIMARY EXPECTATIONS: * Establish new and existing contacts in need of roofing services. * Develop strong relationships through trust and confidence within the community. * Maintain a consistent sales funnel of new and expanded customers with roofing needs. * Gather job data to provide estimates. * Reply to needs of installers while installing your jobs. * Pro-actively respond to customer's needs all during job process. * Collect all payments during sales process. QUALIFICATIONS * Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills. * Must be able to sell with integrity and close contracts. * Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades experience is highly desired, but not necessary. * Must have a proven success record in sales and working with others to maintain our helpful culture. * Must be energetic, self-motivated. Work Location: In person Sales Project Manager Duties: - Coordinate and manage sales projects from initiation to completion. - Discovery new leads to ensure future projects. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights for sales strategies - Collaborate with product management and content management teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives - Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales team members and other departments - Prepare reports and presentations on project status, outcomes, and recommendations - Provide guidance and support to sales team members on project-related activities Skills: - Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present findings. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work. - Self motivation to insure future projects.
