Key Responsibilities * Support daily store operations in alignment with company standards. * Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion and add-on sales. * Demonstrate expert product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new arrivals. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and outreach. * Assist with visual merchandising and ensure optimal store presentation. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. * Understand the brand's identity, target customer, and competitive landscape. * Engage customers in meaningful conversation to provide tailored styling solutions. * Communicate fashion trends and brand direction effectively to team members. * Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the merchandising team to maintain optimal inventory. * Deliver personalized and attentive customer service to each client. * Achieve individual sales goals through relationship-based selling. * Grow a loyal client base by building long-term, high-value relationships. * Stay informed on product lines, sales promotions, and store events. * Support a respectful, team-first store culture with a professional demeanor. * Participate in community events and local outreach initiatives. * Ensure accuracy at the point of sale and handle transactions efficiently. * Assist in merchandising, visual display updates, and general store upkeep. * Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices. * Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications - Part-Time & Full-Time * Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent retail experience. * 2-3 years of specialty retail experience (Menswear background strongly preferred). * Proven sales performance in a client-driven retail setting. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and business-minded. * Knowledge of men's tailoring, garment construction, and fabrics is a strong plus.
