As an Area Sales Leader, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team of agents serving our established educator market. We are looking for the ideal candidate who has a passion for mentoring others and a commitment to helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and grow a successful sales team aligned with company goals.
• Recruit new team members using the company's proven recruiting system.
• Field train and support new
