CreditAssociates, a successful consumer financial services company located in Plano, Texas, is seeking a Sales Development Representative, Bilingual (Spanish/English) to join its sales team. The Sales Development Representative will qualify inbound leads while actively working to re-engage existing opportunities within the sales pipeline. This is a very important role within our business that is the perfect fit for a motivated professional looking to leverage their inside sales experience. Responsibilities: * Effectively qualify leads generated by marketing and live transfer to debt consultants * Re-engage our existing sales opportunity pipeline * Partner with marketing to have a working knowledge of the various channels and methods utilized to generate inbound interest * Record and report all activity in Salesforce.com * Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs * Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor Requirements: * Minimum 1-2 years of inside sales experience * Bachelor's degree highly preferred * Bilingual - fluent (Spanish/English) * Excellent verbal communication and sales skills * Experienced with Salesforce * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus * Be willing to work flexible hours Compensation: * Base salary and monthly + quarterly bonus program.
