Sales Executive Opportunity - (Memphis Area) Our partner, A rapidly growing leader in the commercial security/access solutions space, is looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead new business development for its Tennessee construction division. This is a high- impact, hunter-focused role designed for a self-starter ready to build a long- term book of business across a booming market. Compensation and Benefits: * Base + Uncapped Commission * Year 1 OTE ($175k+) * Build long-term relationships instead of chasing one-off wins * Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits * Car Allowance What You 'll Do: * Own and execute full sales cycle across the greater Nashville area * Sell a diverse portfolio of access control, gate, and parking solutions * Develop and expand relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers * Navigate complex sales cycles and get past gatekeepers to close frequent, mid-sized deals If you're ready to carve out a long-term, high-reward sales career in an expanding industry, this role offers the runway and backing to do it.
