The Role: What You'll Do You will work directly in targeted community environments to: * Proactively engage customers and act as a Frontier Brand Ambassador. * Conduct personalized consultations to understand needs and drive sales revenue for wireless, internet, and TV services. * Educate customers on product benefits, facilitating new enrollments, activations, and account adjustments as a dedicated Entry Level Sales Representative.. * Resolve basic service inquiries and billing concerns, delivering a high level of customer support. * Maintain accurate records of all customer engagements using CRM tools. * Consistently aim to exceed sales targets and uncover cross-sales opportunities.
