Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help grow our business. This role focuses on making outbound calls, generating new sales opportunities, and building relationships with new and existing customers. The ideal candidate is friendly, self-motivated, and able to meet sales goals with minimal supervision. Compensation is base-pay plus commission, so you determine how much you earn by activity. Duties * MUST LOVE TO DIAL on the phone. * Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments. * Utilize software tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions effectively. * Communicate product offerings clearly and persuasively to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Requirements * Proven experience in business development, preferably in a related industry. * Strong follow up skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and best practices. * Proficiency in using sales software for tracking leads and managing customer data.
